Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

If an approved refund has not appeared after checking with your bank or card provider, contact us at cs@levantmusk.com.

Because of the time and expense involved in shipping packages, we will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns & exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We replace items only if they are defective or arrive damaged. Contact us at cs@levantmusk.com before returning the item. We will provide instructions and discuss any return or replacement shipping arrangements directly with you.
