Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by an order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase. All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Magic Bag sample sets cannot be returned or exchanged. The 15-minute cancellation window still applies to unfulfilled orders.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved standard returns and exchanges.
The fee does not apply to items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Levant Musk.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the return, Levant Musk will notify the customer by email whether the refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds, less any applicable restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. The customer’s bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If an approved refund has not appeared after the customer has checked with their bank or card provider, direct them to cs@levantmusk.com.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must contact cs@levantmusk.com within seven days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if they receive an incorrect item.
Customers must contact Levant Musk before returning the item. Levant Musk will provide return or replacement instructions and explain the applicable shipping arrangements.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns and exchanges. Levant Musk will provide shipping instructions for items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Delivery times for exchanged or replacement products may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order, provided the items have not been fulfilled. Contact cs@levantmusk.com with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received after this window cannot be guaranteed.
