SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping destinations
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories served at checkout. International shipping is not available.
Shipping costs
Economy shipping is $9.99 for orders that do not qualify for free shipping. Free U.S. shipping is automatically applied to orders of two or more items. Available shipping methods and your final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order preparation
In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Special-order fragrances require approximately 2–6 weeks for maceration before shipping. Preparation time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
In-store pickup
Levant Musk Body Cream and the Deluxe Levant Musk Gift Set are available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped.
- Body Cream: Ready for pickup in approximately 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Deluxe Gift Set: Please allow 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
